Defective or Damaged Artwork:
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, contact the Artist by phone or email. The item will be replaced free of charge. Please explain the problem with your purchase in your email before sending the item back. You will need an RMA number in order to return your damaged package.

Most products are shipped First Class USPS within Unites States and Puerto Rico. Products are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the order. Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival.

International orders may require additional postage. If shipping charges to your country is more than what we charge through this online store, you will be notified of any additional charges. Items will not ship unless all shipping charges are also paid in full.
